I tore my ACL and had it repaired in September 2020. I was quite nervous about starting Physical therapy as I had never been before and I was still quite immobile. When I hobbled into alpine PT for the first time, I knew I had come to the right place! Everybody was so welcoming and supportive. My physical therapist, Eli, was pivotal in my successful recovery. I would not be where I am today, completely recovered, without his hard work, dedication, and encouragement! It’s obvious that everybody at alpine PT deeply cares for the patients and their recovery. I always looked forward to going in! I am lucky to say- I am back to baseline and skiing/enjoying life as I had before. The only reason this is my current reality is because of the hard work and dedication from the team at Alpine PT! I cannot thank this team enough. I 100% recommend coming to Alpine Physical Therapy! You will make immense progress and always feel at home:)

I started seeing one of the founding members when he was at Greenwood Physical Therapy and my uncle, who worked with athletes, recommended them and I was matched to Jeremiah. From about 2012 - 2024 and moves away from and back to Seattle and also post covid destruction and also after taking up daily running again in 2024 Jeremiah saw me through everything. I built arches thru muscle work, strengthened my rib cage, stabilized my knees and hips and was brought into neutral. I moved again and fly back to Seattle and hope to see Jeremiah on my next trip back. I’ve seen physical therapists in MT, WA, MN and now live in CO. Alpine Physical therapy is top notch - they use one another and collaborate and they even referred me to the best dentist and optometrist in Seattle. Having had poor health care professionals in Seattle, I know the good ones.

I can’t recommend Alpine enough. After a lifetime of TMJ that caused chronic jaw and neck issues, my entire body was impacted - from my neck to my back, hips, and knees. Everything hurt because it’s all connected, and the therapists at Alpine are masters at addressing both the root cause and the downstream effects it has had on my body. I see Eli, who has been amazing, but it’s clear that all the therapists at Alpine are equally qualified, skilled, and deeply invested in helping their patients. Their approach focuses on postural restoration, a gentle treatment that address your issues and can train your body/nervous system to function more effectively and move in a way that is more natural and pain-free. The exercises they teach are accessible and can be easily incorporated into daily life. I noticed immediate improvements! Getting back to 100% required effort and patience on my part, but with commitment to the exercises and attending regular appointments, I started to notice real changes. Over time, my body naturally began to move and function differently, and my pain started to disappear. The progress I’ve made with Alpine has been life-changing. They are incredibly professional, kind, and skilled. I’m so grateful for their care and expertise, and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Eli fixed my hip! I was nervous about what it would take to sort my hip pain I’d been neglecting. I was surprised to learn the source was from the wrong muscles “doing the work.” With his clear guidance for home exercises and patience in directing me to learn their correct form, plus recommendations for a better stance and footwear, I’m seeing meaningful results in a few sessions.

Jeremiah is a medical systems thinker and seems to always be up-to-date with the latest research. He took time to explain the “why” to me behind everything he taught me which really helped motivate me and it also helped me feel more capable to extend the principles I learned from him with my own critical thinking and observations of what was not working for my body during my day to day and what adjustments might help. He’s taught me a lot to improve a myriad of issues related to hypermobility: breathing mechanics and thus posture, my balance, proprioception, muscle guarding pain and nerve pain. I’m still managing a lot of complexity and still learning. Very grateful for his support.

I want to shout out physical therapist Lee Hanses. She prescribed a small handful of simple, not-complicated exercises for me to do daily. ~3 months later I’m effectively pain free. Her optimistic and kind attitude made appointments fun, and she was patient when I asked a lot of questions. Before physical therapy, I made all the classic mistakes a runner could make: neglecting strength training, mobility, form. I wound up with some serious knee pain. I tried to self-correct by googling exercises by myself, without success. Lee put me on the right path by prescribing a toolbox of preventative exercises to correct my issue and prevent injuries moving forward. Running brings so much joy to my life. Thank you for helping me continue this activity.

I've now gone to alpine for 2 separate injuries, seeing Eli both times. I can't recommend this place enough! The staff is super nice and helpful, everyone is super easy going. Eli has helped me work through athletic injuries from a combat sport I picked up recently, which has kept me going to practice and allowed me to continue my progress. Eli did a great job switching it up with different exercises, listened when I said I was not really feeling it in the intended area and modified the exercise as such, explained why we were trying particular things and was very patient. Again, I can't recommend Alpine enough

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. After breaking my leg, I knew recovery would be a long and frustrating process, and I was honestly pretty anxious about physical therapy. From my very first appointment, however, the entire team completely changed my outlook. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They took the time to thoroughly evaluate my injury, explain the recovery process in terms I could actually understand, and most importantly, listen to my concerns and goals. I never once felt rushed or like “just another patient.” What really stood out to me was how personalized everything was. My therapy plan was clearly tailored to my specific injury, mobility level, and progress. The therapists constantly adjusted exercises based on how I was doing, ensuring I was challenged but never pushed in a way that felt unsafe. They were always attentive to pain levels and made sure I understood the purpose behind each movement. Throughout my recovery, the encouragement and positivity from the team made a huge difference. Healing from a broken leg isn’t just physical — it’s mental too. There were definitely tough days, but the therapists were patient, motivating, and incredibly supportive. They celebrated every small improvement with me, which kept me going when progress felt slow. The clinic itself is clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything needed for a full recovery. Scheduling was easy, appointments ran on time, and communication was excellent. Every interaction felt professional yet friendly. Thanks to their expertise and guidance, I’ve now fully recovered — something that once felt very far away. My strength, mobility, and confidence are back, and I truly credit this team for helping me get there. If you’re dealing with an injury and looking for physical therapy, I wholeheartedly recommend this place. The combination of skill, professionalism, and genuine care is outstanding. Recovery can be a challenging

Therapists and staff are polite, kind, and encouraging. Exercises are helpful and realistic to fit within a busy lifestyle. Also they recommended imaging and checking in with a surgeon, which I appreciated (e.g., they aren't trying to "fix everything" with PT - they'll recommend additional support if the injury warrants it). I went in pretty severely limping and got relief starting with my very first visit. 8 months later, limp is gone without surgery (probably would have been 6 mos but I aggravated my injury a couple of times during travel). Thanks, Alpine, and especially my PT Jeremiah!

I came to Alpine after a meniscus repair. It was an overall fantastic PT experience. The therapists a re knowledgeable, easy going and extremely helpful. I was impressed that my therapist "graduated" me early as I made good progress rather than just make me come more to make more money. If I ever need PT again I will definitely be back.
